It all depends on what you did to loose her trust and how bad it was. You can start buy staying buy her side, and makeing sure she knows she is the only one that matters in your life.

 You cant do much to be honest. How she trusts you is up to her. What did you do to lose it?
Giving you a time frame is a bit of a tall order. As long as you are truthful to her and dont hurt her again in the same way, i dont see how you can do much more.
