It may not feel like it now but the way you feel about this guy will change very soon. Infact, you'll feel this way about a number of guys and then look back and laugh about the way you felt- even though you might not believe this now.
In school, friends do come and go aswell, but not half as frequently as boys! This guy is with your friend, and the fact that he is saying these things shows that he is immature, confused and disloyal; do you want to be with someone like this anyway?
Do you best to move on and find someone else to focus your attention on, if he does like you then maybe it'll happen in the future but for now dont read into anything and stay loyal to your friend!
