Now its 1 year now she says she is afraid of my sister and her own family. But i hv make it known to my sister and she was happy abt our relationship. And now she is avoiding me. I know for me, I wouldn't avoid the guy I like so for her avoiding you that's saying something right there.

Saying that she was scared of her family's and your sister's response to the relationship was probably an excuse to end the relationship with you.
Break up with her and, when you're ready, find another girl who DOES want to be with you.
