You could have low blood pressure. Usually it manifests itself by light-headedness, spots if you get up too fast. Or you could have hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) which can also do this to you. I suggest you go see your healthcare professional and have them check you for both. There's not much you can do for seriously low blood pressure other than medication but I think regular exercise would keep the blood flowing to your brain better than any pill. As for the other, usually a change in your diet will help eliviate the symptoms. Good luck.

Yeh, happens to me a lot of the time. Just don't rush when you stand up in future. Take time to let your bloodflow adjust to your new shape and then stand up completely. Surely this is better than feeling like you're going to pass out?

Its called A Rush Of Blood To The Head. That often happens to me if I get up too quickly whilst kneeling down. I wouldnt worry about it to much, its perfectly normal.

Orthostatic hypotension.
Check with your doctor to make sure it's not 'bad'.
Next time, 'pump your brakes' (flex your feet like you're pressing the gas pedal and brake pedal of a car) for a few minutes before getting up. Ensuring you're well hydrated helps so drink plenty of fluids.
Hope this helps.

I have the same thing bro. I forget the name but its a sudden drop of blood pressure. It's caused by a few things. Mainly de-hydration/ lack of fluids. It can also be caused by if you do not have enough sodium in your diet. Drink a lot of water and it will get better.
