Delete him of Facebook and block him and go totally non contact with him. He sounds toxic.

I can't think why on earth he'd act the way he did towards you and then say something like that about you. Maybe he's heard a rumor about you that he's took literally instead of coming to you about it.
Anyway, I think you just need to break any possible ways of contact with him and forget about him. I know it hurts right now, but its just a phase that will pass :)
