 Next time you see her or even on facebook just ask if she would like to go for coffee or something of the sort. Not a serious date just something where you two can talk and get to know each other. Stay away from a movie or anything where you won't be talking that way a more personal relationship can develope. Since you have two different groups of friends it is also better to be one on one so niether one of you is forced with the stress of getting the friends to like you or her as well.
