BTW: i have braces and can kiss girls easy so i wouldn't worry about her havin braces!

 ask her to a movie. and take it slow its all about learning till your about 20 anyways. i you kiss with you mouth closed for starters just practice with that and then you will now when your ready to do more good luck.

I am in the same situation but with 2 guys they both like me and i like them both i have no idea what to do, But my suggestion is to ask if she really does like you. Also how do you know if the girl that you like likes you back. So ask them about it cause you never know, And kissing is not hard when you are wearing braces. Kisses outside the mouth it is just the same. But if you are doing a French kiss then it might be a bit different but it also once again wouldn't be hard.
