if you are starting to like someone else its a sign that your not happy with your relationship at the momoment. if you know youre not satisfied with whatever it is that is wrong with your bf then ditch him. then get to know the brother better he might even seem more open about his feelings now that he knows you're single...then see how you feel about your situation. if you feel sure the go ahead and take things further!!
