 Honey, is your best friend a boy too? Because if he is...he's probably in love with you. And you'll break his heart if you go after his twin. If he's a she then I'd say go for it. I know I would have love if my best friend was part of the family. Good luck.

 I have a twin brother myself and i would say do not cross that line. If anyone is going to ask someone out or make the first move it better be the brother in the situation. because i know that if one of my friends went after my brother and was making all the first moves i could possibly hate her. The only situation i would ever let happen is if my brother went after my friend.
