 Nothing.
You can't 'make' somebody behave in a certain way if they don't want to, short of coercion, and that just isn't right.
Back off and let him alone. And above all don't sleep with him. If you do you will end up having all the emotions of a real relationship with none of the other fun. Basically he will use you for sex.

 If he is not ready to have a girlfriend, nothing you can do or say will change that.
Rather than waist time waiting for him to be ready, he may never be into you that way. Try to meet another guy and move on.
It may seem painful now but in time you will find someone who wants to be together as much as you.
Be happy and enjoy life, there will be plenty challenges yet to come.

 You can try to be his friend but this will be hard as he will tell u about his one nite stands, girls and will not help u to focus in looking around for the right boybe careful

If he doesn't want a girlfriend then theres not much you can do about it. Just stay close to him and be his friend and maybe he will change his mind in the future.
I have been in this situation before and I know it's sometimes hard to be patient, but that's the key.
