firstly you shouldnt have let this happen and if i was your mate i would slap you in the face and never speak to you again. mates are meant to come before blokes! with this kind of betrayal i wouldnt want to talk to either of you.
i think you should write her a letter saying how sorry you are, explain that he kissed you but dont pass the blame because you could have pushed him away. tell her you except all responsibilty and you understand that she will find it difficult to trust you ever again. tell her why you want her as a friend and again how sorry you are.

If she won't talk to you on the phone perhaps try contacting her another way to let her know - by e-mail, letter, fax or something?
