writes:ok so im 13 right and theres this teacher at my school who i really dont geton with. but the thing is im always thinking about him. and though when im in my lessons i drive him up the wall, when i come out of my lessons i cant stop thinking about him. i think im starting to fancy him, but hes like the 3rd guy this yr. ive also had a few bfs but the whole time i was with them all i could think about was these teachers i think i fancy. ive done a lot of thinking now its the holidays but all i want is to go back to school so i can see this teacher. im so confused *help* :s

 OMG!!I Am 13 and have the same feeling!I Had this really grumpy looking science teacher last year he's like 6 foot 8, he's quite skinny and does judo but all the time he taught me i fancied him, i told my friends and they just laughed, so i pretended it was a joke...This year I have a new science teacher, hes Brown haired blue eyed and amazingly handsome, i cant stop thinking about him, But the thing is nothing is ever gonna happen, so i just keep on smiling and get through my day, i think about him, yes, but i talk a lot about things to keep my mind off him, so try it it will work.P.S. Dont tell your mates it will get round the school.Love Joy xxx

 It's natural to have crushes on your teachers. Enjoy them. The only warning signs would be if you felt like acting on them (a big no no) or if they kept you from fancying guys your own age.
You can NEVER act on your crushes -- you could ruin the career of any teacher you tried to be with, and you don't want that for someone you care about, right? So have fun with the fantasy, keep it to yourself, and keep working on your studies.

reader, anonymous, writes (1 August 2007): Oh sweetie this is usual for growing teens. Do not panic crushes are normal, everyone has them. But do not what ever you do mistake them for love or lose any one for them. They are teachers, people to glance at ONLY. Just remember nothing can happen with them so what is the point in spending your whole life thinking about them!? Boys your age are much more suitable. But remember lots of people have teachers crushes. Try to forget about him, thats all you can do! I hope this helps ;) x
