writes:i am sorry if i offends eny one but it has been bugging me for years since i was in secondary school i have had dreams about men not having sex with them but holding hands kissing and this one when i was in bed and he was hugging me i thought that it was just a phase and it stopped but last month it came back i was with someone massaging them but i have never had sex and only been out with a a few girls and have been asked out by 1 or 2 blokes don't get me wrong i like girls and have fantasy's about them can someone please give me some advise don't judge it has taken me a long time to talk about : )

 To dream that you very friendly with the same sex (but you are not in your waking life), represents a union with aspects of yourself. It is symbolising self-love, self-acceptance, and compassion, in other words you are happy with who you are. If, in your dream, you are not comfortable with this closeness with males then it suggests some fears/anxieties about your masculinity. You may also be experiencing some insecurity in your relations with the opposite sex.
Incidentally, it is common for expectant fathers to have dreams of homosexual encounters.

 I've had dreams about men, dreams about women, dreams about animals that talk to me (not that I have sex dreams about those!) The point I'm trying to make is that dreams are meaningless. Yes there are people who can read into dreams and say that dreaming of a certain thing means something but really I don't think there's anything at all in that. Recently I've had a lot of dreams that someone is trying to murder me. If I believed that was true I would never unlock my door! If you have any curiosity about guys and would like to give dating one a try then give yourself that chance to experiment. You're young. This is your time to try new things. However, if you have no feelings above the dream then write them off for what they are... dreams!
