 It sounds like you have quite a bit to keep you busy anyway, but on your spare time there is many things you can do like take up a hobby, go for a walk, more importantly hang out with your friends and have a healthy social life. Get out there and meet new people.
I know it is hard to cut contact with an ex. But really you dont want to be the other woman do you? Imagine what his girlfriend would think if she found out, you dont want to be known as a man stealer do you? Go out and meet new people and he will soon drift from your thoughts. Goodluck
