Fantasies are nice, but the reality of a baby or sexual disease ain't so nice. I suggest you wait until you've been together 5 years or a year after you have both been tested for sexual diseases. Then go on the pill, or better yet get an implant, then it is possible for you to have sex without a condom and feel relatively safe.... As long as you are both committed and faithful to one another, and there is no chance you have or will pick up a sexual disease from somebody else.
Go to your local family planning clinic, or your doctor and ask them about alternatives to the condom. You could also try to masturbate your boyfriend and learn to be satisfied with that....

If you are on the pill (and you are good at taking it properly) and you have both been tested for STI's then you could lose the condoms.
Other than that it is too much of a risk, you don't want to be landed with a kid just for a cheap thrill.
Talk to your partner and find out if he's be comfortable if he knew you were both clean and protected. If he's not happy about not using them then you are going to have to put up with it I'm afraid.
Sex is a dirty naughty thing, that's what's so good about it, so it's no wonder that something that feels dirty and naughty turns you on.

 I don't know about the "dribbling out" part, but many women definitely enjoy a man cumming inside them. That does not seem unusual, and wanting what you "don't have" seems plausible and human.
