Yet they are a little different from that of a grown woman. And no, I'm pretty sure I didn't get wet at that age. That comes just when you are hitting puberty, months or years before your period.

I wouldn't recommend telling her it's bad but if you want her to not do it everywhere telling her that it's something people do in private instead and telling her it's okay to do in the bath or in bed or wherever she has her own space. You don't want to give her a complex about it or anything. There's no need to worry though, the kid's only doing it because it feels good so if she does anything that's uncomfortable she'll stop herself.

 Your question isnt stupid. It is totally valid so dont feel weird about that. Yes, even at that age she can experience orgasms. If you prefer that she doesnt touch herself you tell her that that isnt good behavior. I think many kids do it to fall asleep and because of the sensation. As for her producing lubrication, I don't know. I am not sure if that kicks in when she gets older or if it is already occuring. If you have a pediatrician talk to him or her about that.
