 If you want to really be with this other guy then end things with your boyfriend before you do anything else. Even if nothing happens with this other guy isn't this proof that something is obviously missing between you and your boyfriend.
Be very careful when meeting someone who you met off the net. Make sure it's in a publc place etc.

 You need to remember how much people can be a bit economical with the truth on the internet, so what you think you know about this person may not be all what it seems.
You have been with your boyfriend for four years, are you not getting on at the moment?
Is it not worth working on your relationship with him, if there are problems.
