So glad to hear that! Just remember to do it once a week and make sure that you always keep your skin nice and clean. Dont go buying all those pimple products that are always advertised on tv because most of the time you have natural products at home that will do a better job for cheaper.

I would always just rub the salt in for about a minute or two. Make sure you rub it in enough to get it into all the pores of your skin. It doesnt dry your skin out, which I think most people think salt would do. So dont worry about that. A minute or two is sufficient once a week!

It may sound like a silly thing to do, but honestly, I was shocked the first time I used it. My skin had never been so smooth and supple since birth! It also clears away blackheads and I dont know how, but it does seem to work. Anyway, no harm in trying it!
Good luck and let us know how you get on. Give it a couple of weeks anyway to let it do its magic!

Actually something that my mum told me some years ago that I originally dismissed, but later tried and it worked was good old household salt.
Wash your face with soap and water, then take a little bowl of table salt and rub it into your skin. It may burn a little bit but that is natural. Give it a good rub into the skin then wash it off. Do this once a week and your skin will be as smooth as a babies bottom and it does actually help with the likes of acne and pimples. That was actually why I started doing it and I'm now 32 and have perfect skin. It takes a few weeks to start working but honestly I wouldnt use anything else.
Also, something that you can use during the week when you dont use the salt is clearasil but make sure it is clearasil with benzoyl p. I get my sister in South Africa to send it over to me because we cant get that specific one here. But look in all the shops there and see if you can get it. If not, and you want it, let me know and we can try sort something out.
