reader, anonymous, writes (26 February 2007): Little bumps on your nipples are common, they are just oil glands meant to be there to keep you skin soft if you were nursing....usually painful breasts occur before your menstural cycle and goes away after you are finished with your menses...if this is an all of the time thing, I suppose you need to consult your doctor as there may be something they can do to alleviate your discomfort, like perscribe nsaids or water pills or birth control pills....get it checked out....none of us can really properly diagnose your physical symptoms as we can;t examine you and we are not doctors...so go see one!
