dragonette agony auntI made a quick google search on hair inhibitors and came up with this site where it says that almost all hair-inhibiting products are fake:

http://www.hairfacts.com/methods/hair-inhibitors.html

If you look at the menu on the left side you have other hair-removal options explained also, so maybe instead of the cream you could try laser.

A lot of my friends do laser treatments for hair, mostly bikini line and legs and it doesn't seem damaging to them.

Good luck in finding a hair removal process which works for you.
