 Do you actually want to partake in the act of incest? Like, are you interested in getting it on with your Mom, sister or cousin? Because THEN you have an issue that you might want to fight out in therapy.
But, if this is an interest in simply porn ("MILF and hot daughter get it on in the hot tub"), first off - I really doubt that these actresses are actually related. They're just playing characters. Anyhow, I don't think you really have an issue and I don't think you need to be worried that you're some closeted pervert lusting after family members. I think you may be a little kinky. And I think you have a vivid fantasy life.
I think it's good that you see danger in this for yourself and want to nip the habit in the bud. If you think it is on it's way to getting out of control or becoming a full blown FETISH (the only thing that can get you sexually excited), then take steps to find something new that you can get into.
