 Im not a guy,but the same thing happens to my Boyfriend all he dose is the normal thing trys not to think about something other then me and tucks it in the elastic part of his pants to hide it...if u get me. Its very normal i have heard it happen to alot of guys it just shows that ur very sexually attracted to her so its good =].
A way to stop it is to try and be intimate more...maybe it will stop the erection.
