 You're really young, and have your whole life ahead of you. And, there is an entire world full of eligible young men out there--ones who aren't related to you. ;)
Crushes come and go in your life...I wouldn't put too much stock in this cousin of yours.
Instead, go out and do fun things. Regard your cousin as a good PLATONIC male friend. Maybe he has buddies that he could introduce you to...maybe there are guys at your school, or in your social circle...?
Branch out, and do fun things. Get involved in activities you enjoy.
Most importantly, learn to love yourself first. Enjoy your life! And, the right guy will find you in good time...
