Well i know how you fell but mines developed into much more and i hope yours doesn't!
You can't really do much about it to be honest it takes time and you'll hear that ALOT but it does it could take a while or the crush might be gone quickly!If you have a crush on someone else think of them and maybe they will take over the thoughts about your teacher?
All YOU can ACTUALLY DO is don't let it get out of hand and turn into infatuation,love or obsession!

 Hi,Well on this topic there is not much to do. You could just focus on your friends in that class. You could also focus on another crush if you have one. Many teenage girls have crushes on their teachers, its just who we are. I bet you are not the only one who likes him, in your whole school.Having a major crush on someone is just a part of life it could be a boy or a teacher. The only way you can make sure that it does not turn into an obsession is that you don't let it get out of hand. As for your dreams before bed think of something you watched on TV that day or something to see if that helps. Sorry if i wasn't that much help. Miss Milly
