I like my ex boyfriends best mate! what do i do? my previous boyfriend and i were together for a while and i really did love him but when we were together i met one of his friends and i liked him straight away, we bonded really well. all through my relationship with my ex i had a soft spot for his friend. now we have broke up i don't see him but i remain intouch with his mate. i have slowly got over my ex but i realise now how much i actually like his friend! its crazy and wrong! he knows aswel! theres just little things he does that makes me think that he likes me too. am i crazy to even think about this? hes totally not my usual type but shall i go for it or just try and get over my crush and hope for the best?

Dazzerg agony auntI would take a measured approach to this question. I don't know the timescales involved here but if the split is relatively fresh then it is possible that this will cause complications between your ex and his friend which in turn could cause complications between you two. This will more so be the case if your ex isnt over the relationship.

Maybe the fact that he is not your usual type is adding fuel to the fire. What you have with him is something new and that is fresh and exciting as well as all the other emotions involved. However, i do not see any reason why you should not proceed, just do so with caution.
