 If he is really your "ex" then you shouldn't have any contact with him. Then his girlfriend wouldn't bother you. I think in this situation you are actually the problem. When you break up, you need to go away. That's what "ex-es" do unless you had children together. Not only does that keep you from being a target for the new g/f to shoot at, but it keeps your peace of mind as well. I mean honestly, do you really need to keep tabs on him and know his every move? That's not healthy. Move on the problem will go away when you stop trying to be in the picture.
