 It may seem interesting to you because it is something "naughty" that you're not supposed to do. The same reason why people might find it exciting to cheat, it is tempting to do things we're not supposed to do.
Thankfully this was only a dream and I would leave it at that!! I don't think there's anything wrong with you for dreaming that, you couldn't help it, but I agree with Emily if you really think about it that girl is a CHILD and I can guarantee that you would ruin that girl forever if you even mention it to her.

Ok, before we start throwing works like paedophile around I will just suggest this.
You were ill, and therefore your brain will have been full of crazy chemicals as you tried to fight off the infection. The dream may have felt really amazing but that doesn't mean it was right, any more than a dream about crazy elves invading your mum's house.
I think you know that there is no way that a 13 year old would enjoy giving you a blow job. She is a child.
Now seriously. Stop thinking about this and move on with your life. This is a path you do not want to go down.
Go out and meet some girls your own age so you can dream about them instead.
