Butterflyfly agony auntI agree with Ponungalungb and with all as a matter of fact. Treat it like a medical condition ( like it is) , detach yourself from those kind of feelings or at least just try to be aware that that way of feeling is not you, is just a cloudy state of mind.. and get some help..

well i also have battled depression and depression relapse and all that horrible stuff so i understand where you are coming from, i found that the best help is talking to someone, a therapist a counseler, sypchologist, or maybe even a reallly good friend , its called talk therapy. and spychologists are good to becuase they will help you clear your mind and youll be able to experiment with different excercises to help keep depression away. It worked for me and i hope it works for you.

Cheer up, cheer up! I don't know how old you are, but you're younger than

I am, if you're in school, and I would love to go back to those years. Believe you me, TIME IS ON YOUR SIDE! Ponungalungh is right that there are places you could go (or phone numbers to call) to get experienced help, but

also, just (as one film "40Fillette" put it, you must just "bounce". Get yourself

out of your place, go somewhere, take a long walk and open your heart!

I don't want to sound cliche, but love is out there, and just don't be narrow,

sometimes you don't need a lover, you just need a friend, a hug & some good

food & sleep & borrow tons of stuff from the library & lighten your heart,

and if do, friends will find you! Keep the faith, and keep in touch with DearCupid!!

Ponungalungb agony auntDepression is treatable. Go to a mental health clinic and talk to a therapist. There is light at the end of the tunnel.

Good luck!
