writes:My bf and I have been off and on for seven years. The last four have been iffy. I don't know if he really wants to be with me. I hear I love you, I want to be with you. But I don't believe it. We recently split and are no longer living together. I have reason to believe he is seeing someone else when I'm not around. He turns his phone off at night and when I go by his house he is usually not there. I don't want to lose him but I feel like he's playing with my heart. Does he love me or not?

reader, anonymous, writes (19 November 2007): i think if he's playing with your heart he doesn't love you because every guy knows how sensitive a girls heart is and how easily it can be broken he's probably holding that to his advantage i think if you waste any more time on this guy that your goona get hurt in the long run...
