If you honestly think he has enough respect for you to not cheat again I would stay with him...though that wasn't the question.
He won't compare you to the other girl and if he does, he actually is an asshole and only with you for the sex so it really wouldn't matter.

well i have been in a similar situation with my husband. You will just have to tell him your fears and if he really wants to make it work with you, he will have to try to understand where u r coming from as far as not wanting to be compared to other girls
