 Take tests for STD's, get clarified as not having any, and then you can have as much oral as you want condom free.
But if your boyfriend does have and STD, he needs to get treatment, or you get a vaccine, and until you are both good to go you just need to keep up with the condoms.

 Sweetie,if your giving oral,don't use a condom.When you have sex is when you use a condom.Unless your trying to get pregnant.You could get some flavored lubricant.I have a lemon lime lubricant called a peter licker.Find stuff like that at a sex shop.Hope I've helped.
