You are doing fine with introductions but run out things to say comfortably because perhaps you don't really know her?
So the trick is to get to know her, like anyone else. Are you studying or working? Ask her about that. What she plans for the future. Why she chose that route. What she enjoys about it. Find out what else she enjoys in life that makes her smile or happy? Ask about her family. Based on her answers, follow up with more questions that show your interest. Find out what hobbies she has. Do you have similar interests? There is LOTS to talk about when you focus on her as an individual, instead of just your crush ;-)
