I can't stop crying! I've never had to deal with this kind of a loss

My boyfriend broke up with me because he was going away for 2 months and a bit. Weve been together for pretty much a year and he told me he loved me the night before which makes it really hard to move on. His mother tried to stop him from spending time with me, hes 19! so i feel like shes behind it. Anyway im accepting it but he was my best friend in the world and it just hurts so much. Its been about 3 weeks and i spend hours awake in the middle of the night crying i just dont know how to make it go away. Ive never had to deal with this much loss and pain.
