harshbutfair agony auntIt's possible that your hormones are out of whack. See your doctor who may be able to help or refer you to a specialist.

well, try ky jelly, firstly. i have a feeling that you have become very aware of this problem, and now as intercourse comes about you tense up as fear that it will happen.

Hopefull you will have a very undersatnding partner, explain that this happens, use the ky jelly and once you are able to start intercourse, i have a feeling you may begin to relax and then without you thinking about it you will become wet.

Foreplay is a must and oral sex will help you become wet.

Good luck, im sure in time you will relax and things will start to flow xxx

I have been where you are now and it's no fun is it? I had a few partners before my current one and I never really 'enjoyed' sex because it was uncomfortable as I didn't get wet. I managed and then met my current partner who I have since married.

At first my ideal sex was quick and quite hard as I knew it would be over quicker as it was uncomfortable. I saw doctors, nurses, alsorts to find out what might be the matter. In the end I decided to be selfish. Simple as that. I changed my view point. I decided that I would fix it. I relaxed and opened up to the sensations instead of claming up and rushing it along. I learnt that a guy will always feel satisfied, a woman needs a little more attention. If he did something that felt nice then I told him, if he did something I didn't like then I stayed quiet and he noticed the difference.

I do hope you get there in the end. Relaxation and thinking of YOUR feelings are a good place to start. I tried for weeks before it came as quite a surprise!!! As an after thought, he loves it now too so involve your partner.

O Connor agony aunthave you tried doing forepley more? you cant just go straight in, us girls need a little more!! why dont you try masturbating yourself to get used to different feelings down there? byt masturbating you stimulating the clitoris rather than the vagina, and this can feel somewhat more enjoyable than vaginal stimulation. try it and see if that helps, if it does then you know wat to do - or wat he can do!! if not then i would suggest going to your GP just to be sure you know? lube is another easy way to get wet, but you dont wanna be using that and covering up a possible underlying problem. just to be safe!! good luck hun xxx
