well my girlfriend can't trust me anymore cause i did something.well she said if i can't gain her trust back in a week were through. just i don't no how to gain her trust back. Can you give me some advice on how to gain her trust back?

I am sorry to be the one to tell you but I have been in her shoes. We are fine now but I can tell you this, it took YEARS not weeks. She is either clueless or stringing you along.
