Well this isn't really a relationship question, but I didn't know where else to go.

Since I was young I was always top in math and science in my year and class, but the past year I have become a computer adict and my marks are going down and down.

I can't kick my addiction. Please help!

Thanks.....13 year old male.

The best way is to set yourself a time scale and stick to it, but there is no need to give up the computer if you do it properly. Say, have one hour per night, 7-8 is your time on the computer and even set and alarm clock and stick by it. Then go onto school or other stuff.

take care

The main problem with computers is, what feels like ten minutes ends up being an hour!

You dont have to give the computer up but you should really cut your time down. Set an alarm on your phone or watch to go off after half an hour when you first go on the computer and come off of it when the alarm goes off. Stick to it, Your education is much more important.

Abacadaba agony auntAlright mate, from when i was 13-16 i was completely addicted to the game runescape, now, if i could go back id have forced myself to not play it. You NEED to get out of the habit asap, being addicted to the computer will seriously damage your sociability and as youve said your schooling. Try and get a more active hobby maybe, or just limit your time on the PC (which may be hard but it will be way worth it)

seeing how ive been there done that feel free to message me.
