 both of you need to sit down and have a long chat. Seems as though he is really self concious about himself and its really up to you to reassure him that there isnt a problem. Tell him how much you enjoy sex with him and how much you love him, maybe this will boost his self esteem a bit and maybe give him some of the confidence that he needs to pursue having sex with you. Dont feel like its your fault, if he is telling you that he loves you then the problem he has must be about himself
