Even if you have unresolved issues you can still get the help and support you need. Once you start to deal with the underlying problems you will gain more clarity and start to feel better about yourself and find that you was clinging to old drift wood i.e your ex because you some where believe you wont find anyone else and that fear is keeping you in this miserable place. I went to my local doctor; firstly she put me on some anti depressants to help raise my mood in order to find the strength and motivation to go for counselling and resume some normal activities. Just 3 months on I am starting to recover slowly but then what's the rush in discovering yourself again. Good luck :)

I have a lot of dreams an I like interpreting them on this website www.dreammoods.com (use the search bar to look for stuff that was in your dream) and it's taught me a lot about how I feel because I find it hard to express my self.
