writes: By the way, I'm a girl, and I'm 13.Yesterday I went to a friend's brother's birthday party, and had a little too much to drink. I can remember that a guy who was 15/16 kissed me, before pulling away and saying that he thought the host would kill him if he saw us. He put his hand under my top, and felt my back and up to the back of my bra, but didn't do anything else. Was this guy just taking advantage? He looked after me and told me not to have any more to drink (although I did, later) and technically he didn't do anything wrong. Could this go anywhere?

He didnt take advantage of you in my opinion.

 Hi, well this is a tough one. some people would say he was taking advantage, some people would say he wasnt, but really it all depends on how you felt at the time i know you were drunk but if you can try to remember if you liked him being like that with you or if you just wanted to push him away, if you liked him try and call him and meet up and if he wants to see you again you will no how he realy felt about you, but remember you are still young so if the relationship goes any further he is still older then you and may want to do more things with you and if you feel the same always be safe and go to a family planing clinic or chemist and get some condoms or if you want to go on the pill.  If you are sure he didn't go near you 'down below' and he only touched your back and under your bra then no, you cannot be pregnant. However if there is ANY uncertainty, get a pregnancy test. Also consider getting some contraception by attending your family planning clinic bacuse you have obviously come to an age where you are vulnerable. I suggest you also read up on some sexually transmitted diseases. You could look on www.fpa.org.uk which will give you lots of relevant advice.

 Contact him. If he meets you and talks to you then he obously is interested. You cannot tell if he was taking advantage if you do not ask him. Being drunk dont help becuase you was probably to drunk to notice lol! Plus it was only kissing and it was not something that could have damaged or made a difference to someting.
