 If you did not ove him i would say walk away from the whole thing and find someone else. However you say that you love him very much, ok so he is abit complicated, so what, alot of people are. I think the key here is communucation, talk to him about how you are feeling and get it all out in the open.

 Could it be that you are afraid to love him? have you been hurt in a previous realtionship? Think about what your life would be without him, Would you be sad and hate the fact that you two are not together? Maybe in order to get both of your feelings out on the table you should comunicate with him. If you feel very strongly about him then maybe you should tell him that. I dont think that if you guys have arguments then you should date other people. I mean I fight with my guy of one year about stupid little stuff, but cant imagine my life without that guy. If you fight lik everyday then yeah, there could be a slight problem but I think that the only way to find out as to why you do pick fights with him is you need to talk to him about the subject. It may bring you to closer than ever in the long run.
