 There are clues - such as heavy breathing, vaginal contractions as mentioned if you can feel them, and some women's breast nipples become very pronounced and harden. A good telltale is gasping for breath, and many women seem to stiffen their body during orgasm, usually followed by a relaxation. Sounds they make are also a good indication, such as moaning, an increase in vocal sounds and vocal accompanied with rapid breathing. The flush is obvious but difficult to notice in the dark. I watch more for the body tension followed by a relaxed state - hard to fake if accompanied by a grabbing feeling by the vagina. Ultimately, just make good love to the woman and don't worry so much about it.

 Just a note: Not all women have strong contractions. Some women have weak pelvic floor muscles and it is sometimes hard to feel the contractions much. Of course, there is still the flushing, other muscle contractions and the greatly increased wetness and sometimes even squirting. If the pelvic floor muscles are week, Kegel exercises will help. Seeing the flushing is sometimes difficult, as it is usually dark when most people have sex. My wife has weak contractions, but her body gets very tense and she gets very wet and even rarely squirts. Another woman whom I dated many years ago could have probably cracked walnuts.

 When a girl orgasms, the inside of her vagina contracts rythmically and usually hr body will go really tense first and then relax totally. She will probably seem very very chilled out after, at least for a few minutes, and be breathing hard, and her heart will be racing.
