I am in a relationship and we have had our first baby together. I'm on the pill but I still don't want to get pregnant again. My partner doesn't enjoy sex with a condom so what other ways can prevent pregnancy??

sexlessintheuk agony auntI think that if used properly the pill will offer you excellent contraceptive protection. Not many people have a back-up to this if they are with a regular partner. If the pill suits you, I'd stick with that, because you are highly unlikely to get pregnant if you use it properly.

My own experience of the coil was the Mirena coil. Whilst it stoppped my periods completely it reduced my sex drive to zero, and I researched this topic and found that it had the same effect on a lot of women.

The IUD is a good form and the shot and the implant in the arm.

S - soadlover :-) agony auntyou should go to a GP

there are injections and coils that can be inserted in your arm that will provent pregnancy, discuss with ur doctor, or even an info shop your options and which u can use along side your pill

there are also female condoms and probably a wider range of product available than thoose i'v mentioned, but you have to go through your GP to get them all anyway
