 Well the average human in modern society thinks about sex about once every 11 seconds. Men and women. Men think of it visually, women split it between personal vanity, looking at other women and how they look, making comparisons, thinking about options and spreading it across all sorts of sexually parsed frequencies in the sex universe.
Men, however, appear to be focused on one or two aspects of sex.
So its different but the same.

 It's true that for most men sex is constantly happening in their brains. That doesn't mean that they all think that that is the most important thing about women or relationships. For some it is but for many there is much more to life.I'm a girl, but also a good observer of men. Even the horniest guy has a heart somewhere in there.

I would say that, personally, it's calmed down now that I only think about sex 2-3 times an hour, but I'm 30 now, not as young as I used to be.
There was a survey (I wish I could find it, it was rather extensive, but not comprehensive) that found that between 15 - 25 years old, guys think about sex on average once every four minutes.

im 13 and it depends on ur age if ur 13 to20 probably alot. every guy thinks about sex a lot but with us guys wecanthink about it alot with out it interupting our day

Guys just think about it more viscerally whereas women think about it emotionally.
