Ok I read some of the anwsers u where getting and it seems no one seen u are a female. So I will try an help u. When I was younger I never orgasam during sex. Only foreplay. When I got older and was with men who cared about pleasing me that's when I had my first during sex. So the answer is. About 20 min. I think it depends on how arousd u r to start with. If ur not arousd u may not. I hope I helped.

 You feel confusion because you separate orgasm and pleasure, which are inseparably one. Orgasm is only height of pleasure one reach during foreplay or intercourse, but still it is pleasure.
I have said that pleasure or orgasm, is the same thing, and it cannot be measure, as if we measure our quantity of food and drink and relate it with sanctification.
See, our mind is not stomach like organ. Mind can reach any height of pleasure is the beauty of sex play. If it is measurable in terms of time or in what ever terms, then sex became quite ordinary activity, like sleeping, eating, drinking, playing game etc etc etc... but can you think that it is so?

 Oops! Sorry about the confusion! But the answer is the same...there is no set time. Some women never orgasm during penetration. But that's not to say that the sex can't be totally enjoyable!

Very complicated question, when measurement involve. First, what do you mean by 'orgasm?' It is entirely subjective terms. It cannot be measure by any means. Orgasm is defined as height or climax of pleasure one experienced, and in foreplay any one can feel more and more orgasm, if prolonged by carefully planned, then there is no limit to orgasm. Another thing, orgasm is not exclusively related with female, it is also for male, but male's orgasm end with ejaculation, and if ejaculation is prevented with care, then both are free to have as many orgasm as they want.
The question of type of orgasm for female? Then it means vaginal by penetration of male sex organ, then it is difficult to achieve even one, because in such condition both feel very aggressive for 'ejaculation' and not for 'orgasm' Here, ejaculation is not orgasm is required to be note. Ejaculation mean switch off, for male and lower activity for female, even though she can feel pleasure for longer time than male.

I am no man trying to get a woman to orgasm. I'm a nearly 18 year old virgin who feels the first time coming up and wants to know about how long it might take me with penetration.. Cos since theres two different kinds of orgasm woman can get, I've only had one kind and the other I imagine is way better but also I imagine it's abit harder to get. Am I right?

 It depends on what you are doing with, for or to her. And it greatly depends upon what you have done in foreplay, if anything. I'm agreed that there is no average, but a basic range of about ten minutes to two hours seems about right. lol

 Through study, I have found that on average, if you're doing a good job, she will be aroused, and within around twenty minutes, she may finish, unfortunately, some women cannot reach orgasm during penetration, most of women need direct clitoral contact to reach their ultimate climax. don't be ashamed to aske her how long she'd usually take though, and ask what she likes, you just might like it too.

You see, people may post other answers to me and disagree but, i personally believe there is no average time!
It mainly depends on your body, (Maturness,Sexual Feelings,Enjoyment etc).
Some women may take 5 minutes, some women may take 2 hours!
