Run yourself a hot bath with bubbles and a few candles and just lay for half an hour with the warm water relaxing all your muscles and just try to close your mind off from everything, just take some time off for yourself and just let your body and your mind go. All you need is half an hour and i always find laying on my bed with candles and incense listening to my favourite band helps (but i usually have to listen to the entire album)

I think you should just set aside maybe half an hour each day, or when you can, and close yourself off from the outside world. Maybe pull the curtains, light a candle or an insence stick. Lay back and concentrate on your breathing, notice each breath going in and out. Relax your whole body from head to toe and picture scenarios in your head of your perfect life and envisage yourself as a totally confident happy person that everyone loves. Maybe picture yourself in your favourite place, a create a scene, like laying in a river bank on a summers day listening to the stream flow by. Or laying on a tropical beach, or walking through a meadow as the sun is setting. Do this for about half an hour while all the time noticing your breathing. After you will feel refreshed and invigorated and abit more stress free. Also you might want to try some of Paul Mckenna's hypnosis CD's for relaxation, motivation and confidence, most outlets do them, like boots, WH Smiths ect.
All the best & good luck x

i can get like this too and on one side id say it was the hormones however this can happen naturally so i would say do something that calms you [mediatation relaxing, sleeping] or do something that takes a lot of energy out of you so a sport of some kind, this can take the anger out of you as well.
hope this helps
