How do i move on from a ex partner i split from 5months ago when you still have feelings for them.

I can't break off contact complitley because we have a 9month old baby together, And i haven't got anyone near by to let my ex pick up my daughter from someone elses house.

I'm stuck i don't know what to do, please give me some tips. I want to move on.

Allow yourself more time.

If you had been widowed 5 months ago, I don't think anyone would have expected you to have moved on.

Splitting up is much the same..... give yourself time and love
