well...you can tell by his body language. I'm in this same position...i don't know if this guy i have a huge crush on, is flirting because he wants to be more than just "Best Friends" or because he just wants to have fun. If he's always trying to talk to you, make you laugh and tease you and than say just kidding...there is a possibility that he's flirting with you big time. Some other ways to know is if somehow, you never know how...he's always around you. It was really funny one time, because this guy I liked was trying to get behind me in line and my friend wouldn't move so instead, he went in front of me. But, since you're asking this question...I think this person was flirting with ya big time. What guys do, is give you small hints that make you question if they like you or not. What you have to do is find out whether or not this guy likes you. Good Luck!!!

kenny agony auntSpeaking as a guy myself, i really fancy this girl i work with alot, and we flirt most of the time. The signs i give to let her know my feelings are, i try to let her catch me looking at her from across the room, then hold the gaze for at least 7 or eight seconds. touch her hand when taking something, brush past her when walking buy in a suggestive way. Find an excuse to touch her, maybe a bit of fluff on her shoulder or somthing.

These are just a few of the signs i use to let someone know i see them as more than just a friend, there are many more, but to many to list.

If you want any more tips just let me know.

moomoomoo agony auntI'd say the best answer to your question is to find out by how he is flirting. Also, looking your way a lot during some time where you're stuck together, especially if this is long distance, this is a sign he's interested. Some guys though just play and have fun with it, but usually waht your gut tells you would be right i'd say.

I really don't know because I Have no idea what kind of person he is. No one can really say if your guy friend likes you more than just a friend. You are in a bit of a tough spot because the only way you are going to get to know what you need to know about this, is to ask him. Do you think this could risk the friendship you have? Sometimes when we are just friends with people, we are like a safe haven to them. Taking a friendship to the next level is difficult for some people, because that safe haven is threatened with new, intense, heartfelt emotions. Something they may not be expecting. I would begin by letting him know that you really enjoy him, you care deeply and that he is important to you. And see where he takes it from there. Remember, any kind of love requires honesty and risk. You have a big decision to make and you know him best..how do you think he'll react if you were to tell how you really feel?
