A female reader, patient66 Canada +, writes (23 September 2009):

Hello,

I am sorry to hear that your having trouble with your marriage.

I have always been told that walking or some type of excercise will help relieve stress. If you don't have the engery to do that then maybe even make some time for yourself to take a bath, with candles and scented oils.(turn off the lights as well)

Reading a book could help, If you like working in a garden (if you have one), plant some flowers/ vegs.

Anything that you like to do make time for it.

Hope this Helps

Good luck xo
