reader, anonymous, writes (3 July 2010): Any kind of waxing causes a red rash and prickling about 48 hours after you do it. Mine usually comes up at about 12 hours and then gets little spots on it for 2 or 3 days, then goes away, giving me about 4 weeks of lovely smoothness!
Your wife sounds perfectly normal, but if shes worried, have her go talk to a local beautician who does full waxing, she will be able to tell your wife if what shes experiencing is normal or not! :)
