 You'll hit puberty any day now, most guys hit it between 12 and 15. I was a late bloomer and never even started puberty until I was 14 or 15.
For me I did get the occasional ache in my testicles when I hit puberty, but my friend told me the same thing happened to him so I doubt it's uncommon.
It's not pain though, more of a slight irritation.
